Eloise is considered an out-of-network provider and does not accept insurance. A credit card is required to book an appointment, but you will not be charged until after the appointment. You have the option to choose a different method of payment at the time of your appointment.

Accepted methods of payment include: Cash, Zelle, Check, Credit Card, and HSA.

Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal are not accepted at this time. I do not have the equipment for “tap to pay”.

CranioSacral Therapy can be a very relaxing experience and many people feel rejuvenated and at peace following their appointment. The therapist will place her hands on your body at various and strategic areas to assess the CranioSacral System, musculoskeletal restrictions and fascial restrictions. She will then gently encourage the body to release the restrictions.

Frequently, imagery and dialogue are used to go deeper into the somato-emotional aspects of healing and protection. In these sessions, manual therapy is maintained in cooperation with the client’s CranioSacral System, Inner Wisdom, felt sense and emotional sense to integrate and release the somatic (body) injury and the emotional injury associated with it. This can allow for complete self understanding of the history and nature of the dysfunction and bring healing to both the emotional history and physical history of the person.

Following the Covid epidemic, Eloise has decided to maintain the practice of wearing a mask during sessions, especially while she’s working around your head and face. This is to protect both of you from lurking viruses.

Upon arrival to the clinic, you will be asked remove your shoes before entering the treatment area.

For scheduling and Electronic Health Records (EHR), we use JANE Scheduling. Through JANE, you can establish a profile, manage your appointments, payment options and records.

The CT Center for CranioSacral Therapy is a direct pay clinic. We cannot accept insurance at this time due to government regulations. However, Eloise Stager is considered an out-of-network provider and some insurance may reimburse a portion of your bill, depending on the policy. Additionally, the clinic accepts payments from Health Savings Accounts (HSA), all credit cards, checks and cash. A credit card or HSA card is required to be on file.

At this time, we do not accept Venmo, Apple/Google Pay

The calendar fills up very quickly. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapist’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, please provide at least a 24 hour cancellation notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, may be charged the full appointment rate to the card on file.

We understand that unforeseen events crop up and we will take each circumstance into consideration.
