"Everyone has a doctor in him or her; we just have to help it in its work. The natural healing force within each one of us is the greatest force in getting well."

The CT Center for CranioSacral Therapy offers CranioSacral Therapy for adults and children experiencing emotional and/or physical dysfunction with a special interest in rare, complex and connective tissue disorders, like Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes.

Eloise Stager, LMT, CST-D,  considers her clients her teachers and feels honored to be involved in their healing process. The body possesses the natural ability to heal itself.  Occasionally the natural healing process is interrupted and a residual dysfunction occurs. This dysfunction can be physical, emotional or both. When this occurs, the body needs support to do its job completely.  CranioSacral Therapy facilitates this natural ability to heal.  As an empath and intuit, combined with her years of training in CranioSacral Therapy and massage therapy, Eloise can offer you this support and be a facilitator for your healing.  Eloise has a special interest in Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes.

What is CranioSacral Therapy?

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle manual therapy which facilitates normal function of the central nervous system. The therapist focuses on multiple systems including  the craniosacral,  fascial , lymphatic, ventricular, glial and the musculoskeletal systems, among others. These systems interact to provide normal stability and function to the central nervous system. CST releases tension in these systems to restore and optimize nervous system health, reduce pain and improve quality of life.
